Q: What is Bibles and Bootcamp?
A: A comprehensive program that gives you healthy eating guidelines, fitness and daily devotional and scripture prompts to successfully achieve your fitness goals.
Q: Why Bibles and Bootcamp?
A: The success of a person’s weight loss journey is the support and mindset. My clients and I have found rooting our faith with our weight loss and increased our intimacy with God and has been a greater success rate than workout programs in the past.
Q: Do I need to purchase any shakes or supplements to participate in this program?
A: No! Although, I do try to offer information on the importance of probiotics, protein and other supplements like BCAA’s. I do use supplements and can share with you the ones I personally use, none of them are required to participate. I am a huge proponent of fueling your body with real food, and this program is based on that premise. Nothing is required but prayer, consistency and hardwork.
Q: Am I a good fit for this program?
A: This program is exclusive to women. I have programmed the program to fit every fitness need from the new to working out to the gym regular. Regardless of your fitness level you will have to complete the program 100% in order to make progress towards the goals you desire. If you are willing to adhere to the read and apply daily devotionals, follow nutritional guidance, consistently commit to your best effort for the workouts you’ll be able to make a lifestyle transformative lifestyle.
Q: If I am already a member of a gym and doing regular classes, or if I am meeting with a personal trainer, can I just continue with my current workouts, and use your food cycle?
A: My honest answer to this question is: “If you want to keep doing what you’re doing than why are you checking me out?” Not mean to be rude but honestly. If you were seeing incredible results, and satisfied with your current program you would not be searching for other programs to reach your goals..
My program is more than just fitness training. We walk through the word of God as we learn to treat our bodies better through nutrition, workouts and fellowship. We truly unite Mind, Body and Spirit through our journey.
If you belong to a gym like Orangetheory, are doing Pilates, Yoga or Barre, then I highly recommend you decide before you begin are you willing to try something new for 6 weeks. If
If you are working with a personal trainer, I would obviously want you to continue with that, but again if you’re looking for a inside out transformation than try working out with us for the next 6 weeks.
Q: Do I need a gym membership to complete Bibles and Bootcamp?
A: My workouts are adaptable for both the gym and home. You will need to have some simple equipment like dumbbells, stability ball and resistance bands in order to follow the workout program.
Q: Is there instructions or videos of workout?
Q: What equipment do I need for the at-home workout version?
A: You will need 5 or 8 lb weights and heavier weighted object, you will also need a stability ball and resistance bands. I try to accommodate for clients who do not have much equipment but if you have more weights and equipment at home you can also do some of the gym workout version moves.
Q: Do I have to follow a strict meal plan?
A. I will provide you with a nutritional guideline and recipes for you to try new meals and incorporate them into your meal plan. My recommendations are to help you reach success but it is not strictly required.
Q: Am I required to be on Facebook to join the program?
A: I host the Bibles and Bootcamp community groups on Facebook. That is where you get to interact with me personally, get your questions answered and get support and encouragement from women like you going through the same program. You don’t have to be on Facebook but in order to receive the benefits and the complete package of the group I would advise you joining this group of amazing women.
